Upon completion and receipt of all agreed payments, ownership of the final custom work delivered to the client will be handled according to the project agreement.
Third-party assets, stock images, fonts, plugins, themes, software, and licenses remain subject to their respective owners’ terms.
Omni Verge Technologies may retain the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is responsible for reviewing the final website before launch and confirming that the content, functionality, and design meet their requirements.
Once the project has been approved and launched, subsequent changes may be treated as maintenance or additional work.
Omni Verge Technologies will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and professional services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific business results, search engine rankings, sales, leads, or revenue.
We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services, hosting failures, unauthorized access, client actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Either party may discuss project cancellation before completion. Any cancellation, payment, or deliverable consequences will depend on the work completed and the applicable project agreement and Refund Policy.
